I love this song idea! Definitely count me in c:

As for a theme? Maybe it could be about a character moving on from a new life? Like growing up and starting their life as an individual, or ending a big relationship and now doing their own thing while looking for someone new? or even someone did something bad, and they got out of jail, or are coming clean (like drugs, alcohol etc) and looking at life as a clean slate.

A lot of the lyrics are about "Breaking a cycle" (self-explanatory) "Strange Faces" (New people) , "Now I see the light" (New Hopes and Dreams) "Only yesterday we spoke on the phone" (how it played a big part the characters life, and now it feels like only yesterday it happened)
